About the Founder
Meet Victor “Vic” Rodriguez: The Master Electrician Powering New York City’s Future
Born and raised in the heart of New York City within a hardworking blue-collar family, Vic Rodriguez is a proud second-generation electrician who has literally had tools in his hands since childhood. His passion for electrical work ignited early, spending summers as an Electrical College Helper while pursuing a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Economics at East Stroudsburg University.
After a brief foray into finance, Vic followed his true passion and joined the prestigious Local 3 Electrical Apprenticeship Program in 2011. Balancing rigorous night classes with hands-on installation work by day, he swiftly earned his journeyman status in just five years, a testament to his dedication and expertise.
Vic’s leadership and skill have powered some of New York’s most iconic projects, including Louis Armstrong Stadium, LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B, and major hospitals and universities across the city. At just 35, he achieved Master Electrician licensure and founded One Source Electric, a company built on a legacy of quality, integrity, and deep NYC roots.
Vic isn’t just building electrical systems he’s building the city that built him.
