About the Founder
Meet Victor “Vic” Rodriguez: The Master Electrician Powering New York City’s Future
Victor “Vic” Rodriguez is a proud New Yorker, born and raised within a hardworking, blue-collar family in New York City. A second-generation electrician, Vic grew up with tools in his back pocket and a deep respect for the trade.
While earning his degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics at East Stroudsburg University, Vic spent his summers working as an Electrical College Helper. After graduation, he joined the Local 3 Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
Vic quickly rose through the ranks—mastering installations during the day and excelling in electrical theory at night. Within five years, he achieved journeyman status and went on to lead major high-profile projects across the city, such as the Louis Armstrong Stadium, LaGuardia Terminal B, and several hospitals and universities, etc.
In 2021, Vic earned his Master Electrician’s license and founded One Source Electric, where he currently serves as President. By delivering excellence, reliability, and innovation in every project, his vision is to continue building in the city that built him.
